At Skatewarehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return due to safety and resale standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
