Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have selected a custom build, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our professional team to assemble and grip your board before dispatch.

What is your return policy on decks and hardware?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that skate decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or skated, and shrink-wrap must be intact.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I know which truck size fits my deck?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Generally, the axle width of the truck should match the width of your deck as closely as possible for the best stability and performance.
